● Preform related materials
PVC
The most commonly used plastic-absorbing material is soft, tough, and plastic. It can be made into transparent and various colors. Transparent PVC is often used to package electronics, cosmetics, toys, gifts, etc.
PET
It is a sheet material with hard quality, good toughness, high strength and bright surface, which is environmentally friendly, non-toxic, transparent and in various colors. The disadvantage of PET is that high-frequency heat sealing is more difficult, and the price is much more expensive than PVC. PET is often used to replace PVC by users who require products and environmental protection. PET is generally used to make plastic bottles, food packaging boxes, etc.
PS
It is characterized by low density (light weight), environmental friendliness and non-toxicity, and very good plasticity, but due to poor toughness and brittleness, it cannot be made into transparent materials. Therefore, it can only be made into tray blister pack. In addition, it is easy to crack, and this kind of blister is not suitable for recycling.
PP
It is a very soft material with good toughness, environmental protection, non-toxicity, and high temperature resistance. It is often used as packaging for catering utensils or other high temperature resistant products; but its disadvantages are poor plasticity, difficult processing, poor surface gloss, and the color will become lighter during processing.
